Click on link for some great pictures. My partner and I took 5th in the 2 hour C class. Next year I will be doing the 4 Hour B class for sure. Still had a lot in me after we were done. Felt like I was just getting going. Picture is the staging area for the tag! These two riders were apart to the 4 hour race. There was some people that did the Ironman race which was by themselves with no partner. That is just plane nuts.

Frank racing my CR125 at Fernley (May 2002)
Since I had crashed the past weekend when trying to race for the first time, I let Frank try it out. He had never ridden it. He did so good that I told him that I was hurt so race it the next day. He took 5th in the beginner class. This video is him the next weekend (may 2002)at Fernly. The bike was suppose to be the bike he was going to move up to. He rode so good the past weekend, I decided to go ahead and let him race his 80cc Honda and share my bike also.

Smegol our Squirrel Monkey - Rest in Peace!
This is a link of our little guy, Smegol. I was planning on teaching him how to do extreme jumping on a mini bike. Unfortunately, his passed away June of 2007 from liver failure. If you ever think about getting your own personal Squirrel Monkey.... Don't. One reason, they take alot of work to keep up with. It is like having a ADHD kid that was raised in the wild. The second part is, they become part of the family as a child would. They have their own personallity. You watch them grow and get older. We watched him grow from being a new born through his teens to becoming a young adult monkey. Our family still to this day misses him very much. We love and miss him as if he was one of our own children.

My son and I practicing at Fernley in 2006.
Track not the greatest shape but the snow made it a great day. My son rode my bike and his that day and I proved to him that he was faster on mine. He then took out the 160 lb shock and spring and went back to the stock setup on his bike.

My son and his friends having fun in the Fallon Neveada Desert
Frank and a few of his friends having fun out in the desert. Make sure you check out their figure 8 corner practice at the end of the video. I think one of the riders end up with monkey butt! Not sure what he was digging for!

December 7th Tag- Team Race!
Don't miss the December 7th Tag Team race. 2 man format but they also have the single rider Ironman format. Not sure of the times yet. It will be either 2 or 4 hours. It will be a combination of the day track, night track, creekbeds and just outright flattracking through the fields. This will be my first Tag-Team race and all I have heard is how much fun it is. The nice thing is it brings the Trail riders (TORCS) and the Mx riders together for a great weekend. I also heard that the track will be open for practice on Saturday. I plan on being there for both days. Can not wait! Northern Nevada 2007 Triple Crown of Racing
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_gp-q1ya2IM&feature=related
This is one heck of a race. It was last years Triple Crown of Night motocross which was Arena Cross Style racing. This was right before Aaron Harvey (76) went to Canada to ride for Yamaha. #173 is Nathan Tierany a local pro and one heck of a nice guy. He lives in Reno Nevada. This race was in Carson City Nevada. In the past they would have a summer series in Various Fairgrounds and then kick the Fall series off with rounds one and two (Sat & Sun) being a arena cross style race. The fans get a chance to see their family, friends etc.. up close and is a real exciting thing. Napalm had the right idea with the fair this year but this is more like what we need here.
